)The overhang wire clamp shall take into account the bare wire or wrapped wire rod and other conditions of use;
)The radius of curvature of the groove for the ship's hull wires shall not be less than 8 times the diameter of the wire and the grounding cable.
)The overhang clamp shall have a horizontal axis to allow the hull to rotate;
)The overhang clamp shall have clear information about the limited range of use, such as the maximum exit angle, the minimum exit angle and the allowable angle.
)The design of the overhang wire clamp shall reduce the effect of breeze vibration on the wire and the grounding wire, and shall avoid stress concentration or damage to the wire and the grounding wire. The design of the overhang clamp shall also consider reducing the wear of the rotating shaft of the hull when the wire and the grounding wire are under horizontal unbalanced tension.
)The clamping force of the fixed hanging clamp on the wire and the earthing cable, as well as the ratio of the calculated breaking force with the wire and the earthing cable shall not be less than that specified or agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
)There shall be sufficient contact surface between the hanging clamp of the wire and the installed wire and the earthing cable to reduce the damage caused by short-circuit current.
