HC suspension clamp is consists of plastic insert, it’s made of UV resistant thermoplastic by plastic injection technology.The metal hook
of this clamp is made of galvanized steel which is corrosion resistant and with high mechanical strength.It can be installed on wooden,concrete
pole by stainless steel straps, pole bolt or hooks.
All four assemblies passed a series of standard related type tests which are available in our internal laboratory, such as+70°C~-40°C Temperature
and humidity cycling test, Tensile strength test, Aging test,Corrosion resistance test etc.
Product application:
HC type suspension clamp consist of a steel J hook, and a rubber part inset and a long bolt.
The rubber part insert is used to wrap the ADSS cable to protect it from friction。The steel J hook will be assembled on the pole by hanging on the pigtail hook. Other types of J hook type suspension clamp will be fastened on the pole by a stainless steel band.
There is a hole in the middle of the rubber part insert. The big hole is designed for ABC bundle conductors line. The small types of holes diameter should be fit with the cable diameter. The J hook suspension clamp is designed according to different spans between poles.
