Product Introduction

The PGP Suspension Clamp is used to fix and keep the tensile state of fiber on pigtail bolt or suspension bracket.

It is made of aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and UV resistant polymeric material.

Key features:

Product description :

The suspension clamps are designed for the articulated suspension of figure-eight cables with steels or dielectric load-bearing insulation on access networks with spans of up to 90M .Its unique patented design has been developed to provide a universal fastener suitable for all suspension cases on wooden ,metal or concrete supports . Thanks to the straight grooves and the reversible system , these clamps are suitable for load-bearing links with a diameter of 3 to 7mm and 7-11mm.

They are equipped with UV-resistant thermoplastic jaws , reinforced with two galvanized steel plates and secured with two galvanized steel bolts.

Installation:

1. On the hook bolt

The clamp can be mounted on a 14mm or 16mm hook bolt on drilled timber posts. The length of the hook bolt depends on the diameter of the post .

1. On support bracket with hook bolt

The clamp can be installed on wooden poles ,round concrete poles and polygonal metal poles using the CS suspension bracket ,BQC12X55 hook and 2 support clamps 20X0.4mm or 20X0.7mm .
